I still say it was fantastic, and a thousand times better than Season 5 and Buffy Season 7. It kind of faltered for a little while, but so much Lilah goodness. Plus, Darla telling Connor off just broke my heart.

I think what happened was their dog ate their stash, and then they had to follow him around to get it back, and THEN they smoked it.
S4 is an abomination.

Personally, I think Season 4 was great...okay, not Season 2 great, but almost as good. Season 5 gets way too much leeway just because the show was cancelled. In S4, they thought it would be cancelled too. I think that the true abomination is the last seasons of both shows (which is very unfortunate). Angel Season 1 was classic. Seasons 2, 3 and 4 were the ones that told the stories. Season 5 was their bastardized sequel with a brilliant cameo by Charisma and a good ending.

''Orpheus'' and ''Home'' were the stand out episodes. No, no. "Deep Down" was the best one by a distance.
Special mention goes to "Spin the Bottle" and "The Magic Bullet". ;D
