Ok, now I'm going to have to pull down the ep and look for all the 'verse references.
Damn that Minear!

I'll definitely be checking this out for as long as it manages to not get canceled.

Hardly the kind of thing you want to be admitting on a public forum, is it tj? Quiet you, and put those tangelos away.

I'm a serial sex fiend, so I thought I'd go with the whole Unabomber look. So that's the real reason you wanted that pick axe so badly.

Oh, the critics are hailing this as one of the most canceled series of all time.
Yep, that's a Joss joke -- credit.

It had cleary been near the scene of the death of many, many berries.
Are you still frightened?
Poor, poor Paula.

Poor, poor Paula. Can't say that I've ever been frightened of you. I'm sure I could take you if I had to.
But you have to admit it is a bit odd that you wanted to take home a pick axe that you found laying on the ground in the middle of Downtown St. Louis.
Who know's where that thing has been. Actually, my sister's are a bit frightened by that fact.
Of course my family is a rather paranoid lot.

Good show. Hopefully Fox has the good sense and keep this show on the air.
I really want to each character back ground, Tim Minear did a great job. Who thinks that Joss will guest write and episode.

And I would absolutely love to see more Jossverse people involved.
Maybe they can get Jonathan Woodward. ;D

Nice episode, but with our luck and all the Buffyverse writers and actors it's bound to get axed by those idiots at Fox.

* stray thought *
Anyway, you're the one with the city with the pickaxes lying around like there was a sale or something.
Finding a stray pickax lying around is so in the 'verse.
Speaking of which, I'd love to see what Joss would do with a creepy procedural like this.

I'm glad I'm in a safe city like Chicago. Sure we have Al Capone and the Cubs, but I've never stumbled upon a stray pick axe.

My son's step-Grandma was attacked last Saturday when she was delivering the mail.
The guy wanted all the Social Security checks.
And she was attacked right across the street from a yard sale. Nobody did anything to help her. She had to fight him off herself.
When she asked them why they didn't help they said "Oh, we just thought it was some kids playing."
When they arrested the guy he threatened to blow up the Police station. This guy will be going away for along time. He's in enough trouble just for interferring with the mail and he had to add that on top of it.
