Boy, I can't believe it's been 250 years since the last episode of Angel aired.
Can you imagine what it must have been like to watch the episodes on those 2 dimensional 'Telivisual sets'?
How wierd must that have been.
I LOVE the retro look that we've adopted for the anniversary, by the way.

Ironically, the most frustrating part about the future is the way that it was eventually proved that the religious far right was actually right about everything. SO frustrating.
STill, after the second and third comings, it was pretty hard to deny.
STill- Those early episodes of 'The Rapture, this morning' are considered video classics.

I do have to add- here we are 249 years in the future and we STILL don't have freakin' hovercars.
Boy, were the sci-fi serials wrong about THAT one.
We have, however, all begun to wear identical jumpsuits, thanks to the congressional 'Jumpsuit act' of 2297.

An amusing side note on Base 11 mathmatics-
Due to an unfortunate lack of forward planning, they named the eleventh single digit 'penis'
Unfortunately, yet predictably, this led to the complete collapse of all electronic equipment globally as a vast percentage of electronics was preprogrammed to edit out the word as it was, apparently, some form of archaic reference the the Schw********8lug%tuber
Can you believe that?
