I see Faith exiled to the mountainous stretches of western Montana, tracking demons in the hinterlands with an American Indian watcher who sends animal avatars. I see her exploring her past and bouncing across the countryside. I see her building a deep, spiritual and violently erotic relationship with a ranger, who is killed at the end of S1 by a pack of back-to-nature vamps, and spending S2 tracking them. I see her confronting misogynist militiamen, white supremacists and survivalists. I see her dealing with cattle mutilations and crop circles, and S3 will be Faith battling aliens. At which point it'll probably get too silly and the series will end. Unless they do it right. And as she travels around, she can highlight injustices like poverty, isolation and complacency. There might even be a hellmouth up there. It could be a really good show.
Other ideas?

Cordelia Chase will become the first angel to be impregnated. Lindsey McDonald will taunt Lilah Morgan about how he managed to outlive her until she slices his head off too. Lilah will then go on to team up with El Diablo Robotico and the Thank You Bear and take over the world- starting with America. Officers will find a catatonic, blond-ish woman babbling about being the 'liaison to the Sr. Partners' who was rescued from the rubble of a building. Harmony will start her own fashion line for the undead. However, things go awry when she insists on modelling for a summer beach party shoot. Gunn will be very, very, dead. Xander will tragically lose his other eye in an accident involving an arapaima and a six pack of beer. Lorne will shock the world when E! reports exclusive details about his affair with Ryan Gosling. The couple will later wed.
...and can you say 'The Potted Plant Spin-off Variety Hour!?'

I still like my idea for Angelus' nascent inclination for geopolitical destruction and instability, culminating in the American Civil War. Around 1855 or 1860, Angelus is hanging around in the broodier portions of Appalachia. There's a mission convent that gets established -- Rogue Nuns, perhaps -- among whose sisterhood a novice becomes chosen. An elder sister transfers in to be her Watcher. The new Slayer does everything she can to thwart him as he dispatches demons throughout the North and South spreading distrust and mayhem in the other sides. Obviously she can't actually slay him. But he could kill her, and therein lies some parallel storyline tension. In "Blood Money," for example, it is spelled out in vivid detail that the presumptive series arc Big Bad -- W&H -- can't slay Angel. We know as viewers that the Slayer can't kill Angelus -- barring some proto-Acathla "get out of hell free" type thing -- else he wouldn't be bopping around in Sunnydale and L.A. in the present day -- but we wouldn't be rooting for him in this series either. We'd be rooting for the Slayer. It would provide a bit of backup context for Angelus trying to destroy the world in BtVS-S2, and Julie Benz and Juliet Landau could be running around doing stuff as well. And it would give us another Slayer to fall in love with. Side stories could include adventures along the Underground Railroad, the tensions within the church as the regions became polarized (it would be a Catholic mission, but the geographic divisions within the Baptist and Methodist faiths actually pre-dated the Civil War by decades, so you can be sure those debates were taking place), and the various women's suffrage, temperance and social justice commentary that Joss just lives for. And hey, that whole trying to be a nun and trying to be a Slayer while at the same time being a teenage girl surrounded by cute frontiersboys and hormones she's got to keep under control and focus to maintain. Lots of underlying emotional crosscurrents to be aware of.

I like all of these ideas, but my favorite is the Faith centric one, and even if it got too silly it would probably win an emmy nomination, those old fogies seem to go in for the silly stuff ;D

oh, what about a series about slayers. it shows when they are called, meet their watcher, shows some of there finest battles and then shows their final battles. of course, the series would have to be in english so we could understand them but think about it.
or
an illyria spinoff, with faith, nina, spike and of course illyria. every so often buffy, willow angel, anyone who has been in buffy or angel come back for an episode or two. oh and there could be a few episodes with that girl with telekinsis from s2 of angel. i liked her, and if eve survived the W&H building, she should be in an episode and it shows nina killing her in werewolf form or some other demon killing eve.
