Because a few people have been overusing the smite option, I will be installing a code that enables me to remove the smite option for selected members. A little smiting is fine, but when one person repeatedly smites the same person on a daily basis, it gets ridiculous.
So as from now, I'll be keeping an eye on the security log I have that shows who exalts/smites who, and if I see any members overuse the smite option, I will remove that member's smite option for a week.
This applies to everybody.

I've seen that on the side but I have no idea what that smite word means. Is it like an insult word?

Clicking on exalt or smite in a member's profile will add or subtract a point from a person's karma rating.
