Am I the only one around here who gets presents? My mom got me the Firefly box set. Only Joss thing this year, but it's enough. I also got some video games, a book about the Stagecoach King Ben Holladay that I was telling Feigy about (see, my name is Ben Holladay too, but mom thought it was funny), the new Korn and Senses Fail CDs, Napoleon Dynamite and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Yea!

Sounds like you got a pretty good haul there Teal. I didn't get much this year. But it "ain't" about the presents anyway is it? Even as an agnostic I think this is true. ;D
I guess I'm just happy to have survived the move "to a de-lux apartment in the sky-hi-hi." The only sucky thing about the apartment is the fact that we are on the corner of the building and is thus reallly really cold! But it's also good because we get 2 different views.
Anyway, I hope everyone is have a good holiday.

What would give you an idea like that?
Okay, so here's what I got. I recieved quite a good bunch of gifts this year:
From Ex. In-laws:
Dehydrator - so I can make my son lots of beef jerky Seasoning and stuff for said dehydrator Bath stuff A Stephen King book I already own (Misery) * 2nd year in the row for that type of gift, but at least they're aware that I like Stephen King.* Estee Lauder Pleasures perfume Earings Candy
Parents:
"Joss Whedon: The Genius Behind Buffy" "Seven Seasons of Buffy: Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Discuss Their Favorite Television Show" "Dawn of the Dead" "The Girl Next Door" "Eurotrip" Unrated version "The Butterfly Effect" Powerpuff girl booties - very cute Various stocking stuffers Homemade cookies and fudge And my Dad bought my Mom a new food processor so she gave me her old one. Which will make cookie making so much easier. I won't have to wear myself out when I use the mixer anymore if I make a double batch of cookies.
My sister Becky
Burt's Facial Care Kit "Four Rooms" - a totally kick @ss movie "Natural Born Killers" - ditto A kick @ss Emergency Umbrella T-shirt that says "I Love EU" on the front and "Emergency Umbrella Records" on the back.
My sister Sara
Slipper socks that look like a cat Some ladybug socks A giftcard to Walmart *which was going to be the first season of 21 Jump Street but they sold out so I got the gift card instead*
and tj got me "Chicago" and "Moulin Rouge" on DVD, and he made me a wrist rest for use with my keyboard that says "Sometimes Ee-vil drives a Minivan" which totally freakin' rocks! ;D So my Christmas pretty much kicked @ss.
Well except I didn't get "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" or "Lord of the Rings: Return of the King" extended edition but I can always get those for myself later.

I got a few things for christmas.
Mostly when you get 18 you get more money than you do actual gifts since I have been deemed "Hard to buy for".
This year I got:
Angel Season 4 X-men Legends for PS2 Scooby Doo Mystery Mayhem for PS2 Shirts from Kohls My mother got me a Walmart Gift card. Hopefully there is enough on it to buy Buffy Season 7. And Money from Florida relatives.
