Lexx, now there was a good show.
I wonder why it didn't last?

I think it had to do with the hairstyles...

Um...
Pylean's don't leave me-
Came about because of my deep and unflinching love for Lorne. I was looking for a pun of some sort based on 'Pyleans' because making a pun of 'Lorne' struck me as too fanboyish, I don't know why.
ANyway, this was this first one that came to mind based on an old song lyric.
The interesting part of course is that I misremembered the lyric. It's actually 'Please RELEASE ME', no 'Please Don't leave me.' Thus revealing far too much about my underlying psychology.
I never caught before that RainboCarnage was a Hedwig ref.- which is odd because I love the movie to death.

Aunt Arlene is one of Buffy's aunts. She only gets mentioned once or twice. I figured it was just obscure enough.

Isn't that the aunt that Joyce wants to call after hearing that Buffy was accepted to Northwestern University? I had a feeling that's what your name was a reference to, I'm from Illinois also.

Oh yeah. I forgot about the Illinois connection. That was the other reason I picked it.

I'd guessed it was in the 'verse, but I couldn't tie it to anything. Excellent alias, Auntie!

So many cool stories.
*wonders why it took him so long to get his arse over to this thread*
Mine is pretty simple. No connection to the 'verse, it's just my standard moniker. "Grail" because of a deep and abiding love for Arthurian legends and "wolf" because that's my totem/familiar/power animal/fuzzy-thing-I-like-a-lot. Also, it's odd enough that it's usually available on large communities and such, so bonus.
In short, if you ever see another grailwolf it's probably me.

I was wondering what happened to this thread - everthing seemed to have moved. Anyway, my standard internet moniker is actually Chrominium, changed to Max Chrominium, and then shortened to MaxC. Nothing to do with the verse as I have been using it for years. It's not very interesting, but when I was younger there was a game with a creature called 'Chromium Dragon'. I thought it was kinda cool and I adopted it. Unfortunately, I never knew what it meant (some kind of metal?) so it happened to be altered to Chrominium (due to my UK heritage, aluminium or alumiunium, who cares?). People still sometimes get it wrong and write Chromium when they reply. Max is kinda new and I just like the name - so many cool people called Max. PS: I probably have the second most boring nickname after Tj.
