So many Great Holiday Christmas Movies.

[glow=red,2,300]I always love to watch "A Christmas Story", on Christmas. TNT always runs a marathon of that movie every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Last year I totally annoyed my cousins and relatives last year during Christmas because that's all I would watch...and since I was their guest, they had to let me watch what I wanted... ;D[/glow]

I love the movie, and even I would get tired of it.

It is blasphemy in my house to have the TV turned to anything but TNT on Christmas.

I just got done watching Elf for the first time.
It's such a cute movie. Will Ferrel is hilarious. He does childish innocence really well.
It's no "Nightmare Before Christmas" or "A Christmas Story" but it's pretty good.
I wish he was still on SNL.

I always watch It's A Wonderful Life, which is in keeping with my fondness for dark undercurrents in films/television programs. That pharmacist boxing George's ears, to the point where he was deaf, the mean old rich guy, all of the obstacles and letdowns in George's life. Really, most people think this is such a sappy movie. But the sap doesn't kick in until the very end, and then you're ready for it after all the dark stuff.

I know songs belong in Caritas, but does anyone remember the Heatmiser?
I'm Mister Green Christmas I'm Mister Sun I'm Mister Heat Blister I'm Mister Hundred and One They call me Heat Miser, What ever I touch Starts to melt in my clutch I'm too much!
He's Mister Green Christmas He's Mister Sun He's Mister Heat Blister He's Mister Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser, What ever I touch Starts to melt in my clutch
He's too much!
Thank you! I never want to see a day That's under sixty degrees I'd rather have it eighty, Ninety, one hundred degrees! (spoken) Oh, some like it hot, but I like it REALLY hot! Hee hee!
He's Mister Green Christmas He's Mister Sun
Sing it!
He's Mister Heat Blister He's Mister Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser, What ever I touch Starts to melt in my clutch I'm too much!
Too Much!

I know it wasn't Frosty, but that's all I've got.
Maybe it was Jack Frost? It seems familiar.

It was "The Year Without A Santa Claus". I can't remember the last time they showed that one.

You know, I don't remember seeing that one. I barely remember it. They never show it anymore. I just remember the Heatmiser and Snowmiser characters. Of course I still can hear the Heatmiser song in my head and I haven't seen it in about 15 years.
