I may get to watch some tv this season.
We found which wall had the tv jacks in the den, We found our tv and cable boxes (no word yet on how they work.) and we found cables and a satellite dish on the side of our house.
Amazing what you find when you start housecleaning triage and start getting rid of the Triffids growing in the backyard.
I'm not ready for HGTV but I am getting away from my usual decorating style.
(Early Landfill combined with Post Apocalypse)
I'll be hitting the stuff in storage again in an effort to suppress my envy of our Vegas visitors.
If I'm very very good,I think Mr. Jim will take me to Tullahoma to see Serenity.
He's enough of a Browncoat to travel half an hour west to see the film a few weeks earlier than we'd see it here.
He's not Jossian enough to travel a half hour east and pay twice as much for the same movie, drink and popcorn.
Big city folks get charged ridiculous prices for things.
The crazy thing is,small town folk will use up their hard earned gas to go out of town to pay those same prices.
(Trust me,people. The same family owns both theatres.
The city one is just the same-only smaller.)
Kev,you and grail have a safe trip.
You are all ordered to have a big time.

Cordy, I'm glad you're getting some downtime.
Totally spoil yourself the next 4 days.
That means nothing more strenuous than prescribed back and leg exercises and writing your hotmail addy down for delectable (and Quantico cleared) hunks.
You've earned every bit of bliss coming your way.

Congratulations,Reb! Take time to enjoy this delicious autumn while you're studying. You have a very full and demanding load but it should get easier now that you're getting a feel for your courses and they have a few hints about your learning style. You and your instructors should know how to play to your strengths and bolster up your weaker spots after these next tests. Keep us posted on how things go next week.

Evening, Tickie.
Still doing the drive-by thing, eh?
Bit quiet this evening.

Hello, Nick.
I suppose I never thought law school would actually require...work. A disappointment really.

By the way Nick, did you get a chance to see the Battlestar Galactica summer season finale yet.
Best episode I've seen thus far, gave me allergies it did.
I love Gaius.

I've been slowly making my way through season one of Battlestar Galactica.
I have almost every ep from season one and two on the dvr. I'm missing the last two eps of season one and a couple of season two eps.
It's pretty good so far.

The horror.
If it's any consolation, I have 2 friends who are lawyers, and according to them, it get's worst. Damn Whedon for making it look so easy.
Did you mean Pegasus? And what do you mean, "finale"?

I forgot about James being in Smallville this season. I was going to try and catch up with the earlier seasons before I started watching...but I forgot.
I might not be able to catch Serenity until Sunday. Whoever sees it sooner will just have to check in here and rave about how wonderful it was. I know it will be great, but it will be nice to hear some affirmations.

I should probably put in a disclaimer here now.
Anyone who posts any Serenity spoilers in this thread will die an ugly and horrible death at my hands.
Slowly.
Just wanted to get that out. Have a nice weekend.

Well, usually it's referred to as the summer finale, since new episodes won't start until January. So I did mean Pegasus.

I'm of too minds about it. I like the fact that the cast Michelle Forbes in the role, I liked her character in ST:TNG and it was great to see her again. On the other hand, haven't we seen a military coup before?
I don't get your liking of Dr. Baltar, though. I can't stand the guy.

Worse.
I'll do the Macarena.
Nekkid.
Hey, a vague disclaimer is nobody's friend.
