Haven't done much Christmas shopping myself, cause hello', not celebrating it here.
I did get a live action Sailor Moon series on DVD (don't ask) for a friend last month and told her it was for her Christmas. Does that count?
Well...no!

Night guys:
Just get them all the Serenity DVDs and be done with it.
Well...all of my family is not interested in Serenity, I wish they did, but they don't.
And what better time to convert them than now. You could even throw in the series ...

Goodnight Kev.
I'm going to head off to dreamland myself. I have to be at court early in the a.m.
Wish me luck.
Goodnight everyone.
P.S. I made a new banner - just had to play with stuff some more. One of these years I'll be able to layer pics like Itl but for now they just end up sitting next to each other.

Good luck, Cordy.
But just in case, I'll be in the corner, preparing a ritual sacrifice to appease the Powers That Be.

Thanks for the info, Paige. I did know about the de-powering, but I didn't know Chamber was one of them. I hope he pulls through. You're Welcome and please stop calling me Paige. Its not very manly and it reminds me of Charmed.
Apparently Jubilee, Magneto and Archangel will be popping up sooner or later. Or so I've heard.
Oh and Good luck Cordy! May this wackiness with Enzo go in your favour.

They seem to enjoy watches ...

Oops.
I just saw where "Feng Shui" actually lost out to "Virtual Reality" for best one-act.
The award it won was best direction of a one-act. Which is essentially meaningless.
I'm ... irritated by this realization.
It would've been nice if the board had recognized the show as well.
Can't believe I was that distracted during the event itself, but in prepping for the various sketches and so forth, I clearly wasn't paying attention, or else I'd probably have been much more offended during the show.
Oh well.
At least it's going in the paper correctly.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I got together with some family and they got me a cake with a forest fire of candles on top of it. When did I get so old?? CORDY- That picture is hilarious and viewing here at work got me a "What's so funny?" Samuel, the girls and hubby got me a gift cert at a local jewelry store. I may get myself my first nice watch. Most of the other ones I have had have been a gift with purchase crap.

me2!
I note that it took Samuel's arrival for spk to start getting the nice stuff.
I knew that boy had good taste!
Of course,he's setting a dangerous precedent.
If he chips in for Mommy's watch before he's a year old, what will he be doing for her by the time he starts school?
(Imagines him buying YOU a car when he's 16,spk!)
I hope Madison got spoiled,too.
We December birthday folk usually get our birthdays morphed with Christmas.
This is fine but I remember getting doll clothes for birthday and the doll for Christmas and I got tapes one year and figured Santa better darn well have me an 8 track under the tree or I'd be commandeering my brother's truck to listen to my favorite outlaw bands.

Congrats on your awards dinner,tj. When/if we have such a dinner,'Nunsense' will do well. We had a group green as Lorne but they were fantastic. Good performance and a good dynamic. Everyone had a great time. I went to my first 'Red Hat' meeting Sunday. That was a blast. I think I'll need to take b-12 to keep up with these ladies. I'm the youngest member . We have one girl of 53 and most are early 60's. Some were older than my mom so I figure they're at least 90 but very spry. One gal was in a motorized chair but she and an 85 year old former nurse raced around the new development near the house where the meeting was held. The nurse had come over on her dirt bike! If that's being a senior citizen,I have a lot to look forward to.

Sounds like your Red Hat get together was a good time.
