You can pick your friends, you can pick you nose, and you can't pick your friend's nose, so pick one of ^^^^ these.

You can, of course, help pick your friend's nose in a plastic surgery.

try breathing some soothing essential oils.
that can help headaches and relax the 'dress rehearsal ' contractions.
anything to thwart tension and fatigue.....

Meta-tate for me. After the day I had at work I so need to meditate, and I was only there for 3 hours today. (I gave up some of my hours so I could go swimming today)
So glad it was only three hours - and very glad I don't have that pick axe or Bonnie would have gotten it through her head.
It's dangerously hot outside her in Missouri right now and the a/c is out in the grill area which means tempers were very short today. Everyone was pretty much ready to kill Bonnie over lunch rush.
Swimming was fun though. I'm glad I got around to using the sun screen today or I'd be burnt to a crisp.

glad you got some R&R,hon. you've earned it.
We've all earned it this week. It's been a week from hell. We're thinking of going swimming again tomorrow if Christy can get someone to take the last half of her shift. The rest of us are off at 2, and it's payday.
Swimming really makes you sleepy. I'm about to fall asleep at my keyboard but I don't want to go to bed right now. It's only 8:00 p.m.
