This week has been incredible.
I've awakened well before my alarm every day since Tuesday. I've started each day with a nice long walk and the weather has been mostly agreeable. I'm chewing less gum and feeling mostly ok (although there are moments of irritability). My food diary is appalling but complete and it's already affecting my eating habits, so hooray for that.
Also, ever since I started taking the Faux-loft I'm also taking my vitamins. And if I'm not making it all the way to bed, I know I've been falling asleep before midnight, which is an enormous help. I've woken up on the sofa at 2 in the morning and put myself to bed for round two of sleep.
I'm drinking more water and feeling better about things generally.
And this a.m. I got my gas station cappuccino as usual -- white chocolate-flavored with a splash of cocoa -- and a tin of Altoids peppermint chewing gum. I chewed a piece of gum and sipped the cappuccino and I have to tell you that is an absolutely wonderful combination of flavors.
So yes, the day is starting out beautifully.

tj.you're on a role. Every day will make things easier. You're reinforcing good habits to take the place of the bad you've had so long. Things that feel good ought to prove a lot less difficult in the long run. You've earned these blessings. Enjoy each and every one of them. The rest of y'all have some pleasure too-even if you don't have any bad habits to give up. ;D
