It's the best show since Firefly. No joke.
The storytelling is multilayered, yet accessible to those jumped into the series in the middle. All of the characters, especially Hank, are compelling, flawed, real, make assholey decisions that are completely understanding. Also, the setting is quite unique. The show watches like a 13-chapter novel.
The season, pleas Gods don't make it the series, finale was a fine hour of storytelling. There were so many callbacks to the rest of the season in the episode.
