Me and Broodybutt were discussing that in the Broodybutt thread in the tvtome forums.
That puts me in a quandry cause I am a Redskins fan who wants Kerry to win. I bet Packer fans feel the same way if they want Bush.

As much as I hate the Packers, and I really do hate them, I will be rooting for them to win against Washington. Better safe than sorry.

Good news for Kerry supporters, the Redskins lost, so following the 60 year pattern, Kerry will become President.

Not that I believe in this or anything but ... WooHoo!!!
Kerry's gonna win!!! ;D
I'll take anything that'll help get Bush out of the White House. ;D
Especially in light of all the Bush/Cheney signs I saw posted while we were trick-or-treating last night.
Farmington seems to be way too much for Bush. Very scary thought for me.

This will be the first and last time I will ever say this.
I'm glad the Packers won.
It's easier to say that knowing the Bears finally won their second game.

Well, I was pleased to see the top of the sports page today.
I'm still gonna go out and vote tomorrow all the same.
My state is gonna go red, of course. We always go red.
And we're gonna reelect our Republican governor.
But my vote will suggest to him that his party is not universally supported.
If it's any consolation, even tho they're all sewn up for Bush, my state only has three electoral votes, which is the least any state can possibly have. More to the point, it's all they let us have. It's really all we can manage.
Go swing states! Swing for the red, white and BLUE!

Illinois is about as dark blue as you can get right now. Fortunately that means that we have been spared most of the campaign commercials.

I don't know what the Republicans in this state were thinking. Putting Alan Keyes up against Obama? Mike Ditka turned them down so I guess they needed a warm body.

I somehow get Alan Keyes newsletter (I got on a perfectly unshakable list somehow) and I was frankly offended by the hysterical tone he was taking going into tomorrow's election.
When I get home tonight I can repost it, if anyone's interested.

They started running some anti Obama 527 ads tonight. I really hate how those work. They say some really rediculous things about Obama, and Keys can just sit back and innocently deny his involvement. I would love to see your scenario play out, TJ. It would be great if Kerry get an overwhelming majority so there would be no question. I still worry about dirty tricks meant to keep people from voting.

I know my state, Delaware, will be going Blue, because its becoming more democratic every year. But I will not be voting for the incumbent Democratic Governor Ruth Ann Minner, because I feel she hasnt done a good job in the office. There some things that she has done that I dont agree with. If you want to know why, email me at crazygolfa1124@yahoo.com. However, her opponent, is not a great candidate either, so as a protest I might vote for the third party candidate, who I agree with more than the other two.
PS: Go Kerry.

This is what Alan Keyes sent to me:This is a "Keyes Media Central" SPECIAL MESSAGE from the RightMarch.com PAC for tjaman@ndak.net:
ALERT: It's down to the wire. In just two days, the most important election of our lifetime will take place.
It's time to GET OUT THE VOTE. John Kerry MUST BE STOPPED.
So we're sending this message to 766,718 PEOPLE to help stop him!
Once again, we're recommending the Republican Party's "72 Hour Task Force" -- the single most important factor for victory on November 2. With your help, they'll launch the largest and most effective get-out-the-vote ground operation in presidential campaign history.
We MUST get out the vote!
Everything you do will make a difference. In 2000, less than 17,194 votes decided five states, and 55 Electoral College votes. That's 55 Electoral College votes decided by 2 votes per precinct!
YOU can make the difference!
Take your family to the local GOP phone bank and turn out our fellow conservatives. Recruit your neighbors to burn some shoe leather knocking on doors. Forward this email to your friends and let them know that every phone we call, every email we forward, every door we knock on, every neighborhood we walk, every yard sign we post, and every bumper sticker we stick -- matters!
Everything we do will make the difference and we MUST get out the vote!
You can still join the GOP's "72 Hour Task Force" to help turn out the vote to STOP JOHN KERRY - just click here:
www.72hour.com/electionday.asp?source=rightmarchpac
And your help isn't just needed on the presidential campaign -- get out & help your LOCAL conservative candidates too! Click here for a list of YOUR local candidates:
capwiz.com/sicminc/e4/
We MUST join together to stop John Kerry and the Democrats!
Already, they're revving up their voter fraud machine. The GOP is posting regular instances of what they're up to -- check out a few of the worst examples:
Democrat Voter Fraud Watch: New Mexico Voter Fraud, KRQE-13 Albuquerque www.gopteamleader.com/myissues/view_issue.asp?id=2463 Democrat Voter Fraud Watch: Election Tactics Push Envelope www.gopteamleader.com/myissues/view_issue.asp?id=2456
Democrat Voter Fraud Watch: Suspected Terrorist Registered To Vote In Franklin County www.gopteamleader.com/myissues/view_issue.asp?id=2449 Democrat Voter Fraud Watch: Long Gone But Still Registered www.gopteamleader.com/myissues/view_issue.asp?id=2451 WE'VE GOT TO GET OUT THE VOTE! This is TOO IMPORTANT this year -- we need EVERYONE to take part! Here's another way to remember: Sign-up for an election day alert to be sent to your mobile phone! Thanks again to the GOP, you can get a text message sent directly to your mobile phone reminding you to vote on November 2nd! Sign-up here:
www.gopteamleader.com/mobilalerts/ Thank you for everything that you do and continue to do on behalf of conservative values in America. Again we want to let you know, the RightMarch.com PAC is doing EVERYTHING we can to DEFEAT JOHN KERRY and elect strong conservative candidates nationwide! If all 766,718 of the recipients of this email will forward it to everyone they know, WE CAN WIN ON NOVEMBER 2nd!
Can you help us get the word out even MORE? The internet is the BEST way to reach LOTS of people QUICKLY -- your contribution NOW will help us to get the word out to over ONE MILLION conservatives around the country. Please donate below now:
secure.cartlight.com/merchant/rightmarchpac/donation.php?afid=kmc
If you prefer to mail in your donation, please send it to:
RightMarch.com PAC, Inc. 2400 Earlsgate Court Dept. Code kmc Reston, VA 20191
And be sure to GET OUT THE VOTE on Tuesday! The message was headed "John Kerry MUST BE STOPPED! More than a little histrionic, non? The Democrats are evil, evil people and must be stopped by any means necessary?
What ever happened to "Hey guys, we want to see our party, our guy, in charge for four more years! Let's get this party moving!"
Instead we get this demonizing hate mail and frankly it's ticking the beep outta me.
I am noticing, incidentally, that Mr. Keyes did not list instances of Republican voter fraud, some of which will be resulting in litigation and jail time. That's fine, however, because I will. Check out www.thislife.org to hear the stuff I heard this weekend. Seriously blood-curdling stuff.
And really, whoever you vote for, remember to vote tomorrow.
This one is seriously gonna be big.
