I'm enjoying this eppy -- had an e-mail to compose, so sorry I'm late if anyone's watching and wants to chat.
The woman playing the prosecutor sounds an awful lot like Julie Benz, but she doesn't look like her offhand.
It's not Julie, is it? I'm a moron about casting sometimes.
Also, Diane Farr is doing well. Nice addition.

No that woman wasn't Julie. She looked like the girl that was on that short lived show - oh the name escapes me, it was something like Black Belt but that's not the real title.
It was about some martial arts guy who taught this group of kids and it lasted maybe two eps. It was on The WB several seasons ago.
Anyway - you know, I could just go look it up ...
Okay, the show was called Black Sash - which is close to belt - and she is that girl.
She's really young to be playing a prosecuting attorney - well she is 25 but in Hollywood that usually means you're playing a high schooler.
I liked the ep but I figured out who the killer was the second I saw her on screen. As soon as I heard how bitter that woman was about what happened to her husband I knew she had it done.
Sorry I was AWOL during the airing. I took Enzo to go see The Corpse Bride. We went to the late show to avoid the crowd.
Then we watched a couple of Buffy eps - Restless and Buffy vs. Dracula. Not a bad way to spend a Friday night.
He wanted to keep watching more but we were both really tired so we went to bed.

The pilot of NUMB3RS was on in the UK last night! And it was terrific! Completely new to the show; saw the trail; thought "Hmmmm, that looks good" Sort of CSI meets design planning. Great cast - Northern Exposure, Mr.Universe from Firefly, Ally McBeal and the :-*lovely Sabrina Lloyd from "Sliders" whom I thought had disappeared off the face of the earth. So to find out that shes not in the second season is a bit of a disappointment. Still, lots to enjoy. Loved the fast cutting equations and maths theory drawn over the top of the normal policing work and CSI-type POV. Chaos theory is indeed a crazy and wonderful thing - everything is explainable, but everything is fluid. Am reminded of the future parable in Terminator 2; "The future is not set - there is no fate but what we make for ourselves." Am more impressed with this than "Medium" , halfway through its season one run on the BBC. Its pacier, wittier and edgier. If the rest of the 13 episodes are as good as this, then ITV has a winner - Ok, 11pm on a Monday night is a bit of a dead time slot, but I suppose prime time is a bit too much to ask for. Same time next week - will try to post a review if I can.
