One good thing that's coming out of all this melodramatic angst .... I think I'm losing weight. People have been coming up to me and asking if I've lost weight.
Who knew you can burn calories by brooding and wallowing?
Of course, I haven't bothered to weigh myself. Me and the weighing machine have an unspoken agreement. It doesn't show me what I won't want to see, and I don't break it. ;D
Anyway, just popped in to recommend this new weight loss program. ;D

Brooding and wallowing never did that for me!!! Grrrrrrrrrrr..... But weights are our friends. Just don't do too much too soon and alternate the parts you work out so the tissues have time to build up and the toxins have time to go away. The weights burn calories and add muscle mass which boosts the metabolism. Some folks GAIN weight and add inches but they've replaced their more inert tissue with the healthy, productive kind. They just plain look and function better. That's a lot better than playing a numbers game. If suffering is one's way to becoming svelte, don't eat right or exercise. Both those things relieve tension and boost endorphins and mental clarity. Too bad no one ever put our favorite angst-y vampires on a regime of weights, water aerobics,walking,B-12,magnesium and roughage. I gotta get back to working out but I got used to bench pressing my weight and Superman hasn't managed to shift that much lately. One day,one ounce at a time..... I'm VERY proud of y'all for taking these constructive steps in regard to your health. If it helps folks see how beautiful you are inside and out, that's good, too.
