Sadly, I have no skyping skills.
Ah well. I'll try and be patient.

Somehow, I see an "unmoveable object" and "irresistable force" showdown in the offing ...

Still waiting on Char's Dr. who thoughts.... I'm sorry Py. I haven't had time to watch more than the first few eps of Season 2. I've been really busy the past few weeks.
Also, I'm trying to space them out a bit so I don't have to wait as long for new eps.
I've gotten really behind on my television viewage of late though. It's summer time and there's just too many fun things to do.

I'm glad you've got too many terrific ways to occupy your time to choose from.
As frustrating as that can be,it's a lot better than the alternative!
Rationing what good stuff you can for times of famine is an excellent idea.
(Just remember to include us on a regular basis,o.k.?)
Please pass one of these on to enzo.

Ive recently began watching Dr Who Season 2. I've always try to avoid UK TV, but I have nothing to watch this summer so I thought I'd give it a go. It turned out better than I thought. I also watched the Season 1 finale too and for some reason the new Dr Who (2006 version, 10th?) is so much better. There's a lot of heart in these stories, almost Joss Whedon inspired (and apparently they were) and reminds me of some Buffy times, especially the Season 1 finale (I think maybe Buffy Season 4 finale?). Ignoring all the bad special effects (which I admit keeps to the theme of previous series unlike Star Trek Enterprise looking so much more advance than Star Trek TOS even though it was a prequel) I am thoroughly enjoying it. Anthony Steward Head is a much better actor than I thought - he was great in that eppy!

I hear there are going to be some good people added to the cast for the next season.
Maybe the new incarnation of the Doctor will last a quarter of a century too.-or more!

Well, the rebooted show is around to stay, but the actor portraying The Doctor changes once in a while.

I hear there are going to be some good people added to the cast for the next season. I think they have to. Haven't they lost all of their current cast? I'm sure it's not the last we see of them - it never is. Did any really think Rose Tyler was going to die? It was an almost obvious red herring

Please spoiler code for everything about this season, Max. Thanks. Ididn't think Rose was going to literally die, but they did a good job of keeping the outcome ambiguous.

That rocks so damn hard, ITL.
I'm gonna wait for more of a David Tennant theme to switch out my "Serenity" wallpaper, tho, since that also continues to rock. ;D
