Oh wow, but does that sound familiar. Can't quite place it though.
Must be one of those used and reused fables you hear about

So ... how's everyone doing this fine morning?
I'm the tiniest bit overwhelmed, myself, but I think a little coffee will take care of that. Z'Rolf, if you would? * sip * So pleasant.
* sip * Say ... does anyone still have the most recent backdoor to the 'Tome up anywhere?
I wanted to go exploring this weekend.

things are going ok so far. I was awakened to the sound of the phone ringing this morning at 6:00am so, that was a lil annoying. But it turned out ok....
I'm meeting someone from the browncoats website today for lunch to go over the details of our journey to the kick @ss new IMAX Theater in OKC to see Serenity. And after that, I'm really not sure what sort of plans I have going on. But I'm sure something will pop up.
My computer is expected to arrive tomorrow night....so I'll get it Monday. ;D
hope everyone is having a good friday.

I can kinda see both of your sides, Tj and Bango.
When I'd be having a run of I'd-have-to-improve-to-be-miserable, I'd look for one, unequivocably *right* thing for my life just to break the cycle.
It might be little, It might not.
If I'd had the chance to save the world in one swell foop rather than one baby bad at a time,I'd have done it.
Trust me,sometimes Calvary beats Gethsemene any day.
This might be why women can face labor.
Sure,it's not easy but it's gotta be preferable to acid reflux, constipation and back cramps for another 9 months.
And don't soldiers have an easier time charging a hill when the alternative is lying in gore and crap in some foxhole?
We wouldn't even get born if the status quo didn't get incredibly uncomfortable.
If the next step is wrapped up in the chance to do something noble and meaningful instead of futile and frustrating, then it's only natural to jump at the chance.
Like the song says:
I'm ready to leave the past behind or find another way to lose my mind.
I'm ready for a change of any kind.
Better or worse.....
I'll take whatever comes first.
Would Buffy have made the same sacrifice if her life was picture perfect and the sweetest person on the planet was Principal Snyder?
Yes.
Don't fault her if doing the right thing conveniently took her out of the low rent section of the Slough of Despond.
That's one of the perks of the job.

Congrats,Feigy! have a great time with your Browncoat meeting. Dark Phoenix, try spoiling yourself and getting ahead of the cold now. extra rest, vitamin C,zinc, echinacea, etc. Stress makes us more vulnerable to germs and other bad stuff so it makes sense for these things to be cumulative. even seasonal. (ask Feigy) If you bench yourself, you remove yourself from the playing field until you're better able to take on the world. Attack the cold hard now before it hits you. you'll heal faster. Good luck, hon!

Quick question:
Is there a way to connect to the internet at school without cords like using a laptop?

If you have a laptop, you can get a wireless internet card.

If you have a laptop, you can get a wireless internet card. So like a chip card to put in the back port. Then it will connect wherever I am at? How much would this cost?
