C'mon, who doesn't like free pie and chips? It's pie ... wiv chips ... for free. ;D
OK, so I've got a keyboard and a mouse (optical -- shiny). And it came with a CD, so I'm absolutely waiting 'til my sister comes back tonight to play with my shiny new machine.
I don't want to just start putting random CDs that come with things into it. For the same reason I don't go up to a Mondrian painting with an orange crayon and just start scribbing on it.
Besides, my one power strip is still running this piece of skite.
Oh please -- Cordy's seen this dinosaur, and can absolutely testify to the truth of that statement.

Someone mentioned that Py made it over the The Rage. His profile is worth a chuckle.
Especially the hobbies section. ;D

* has a feeling a filthy tart isn't a toaster pastry that's been dropped on the floor *
Don't worry baby. The Rage didn't mean anything. It was just a cheap fling.

We only do rage and com when this place is sleeping. It gives us something to do till things start up again. (loads laundry, loses at minesweeper, wonders why there are 2 jacks of diamonds in this solitaire game.) Anyone need a coupon for fabric softner or fish sticks?

Naw..
Febreze something or other.
Speaking of strange pastries,I'm trying a version of a King cake for Fat Tuesday.
I'm calling it 'Gibbon Bread'.
(This is for folks like me who flunked mudpies much less easy bake ovens)
4 Cans buttermilk biscuits.
TAKE THE BISCUITS *OUT* OF THE CAN!
This is important.
2/3 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 stick butter 2 tsps. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Separate the biscuits, divide into quarters and roll into balls.
Put your dry ingredients into a large plastic bag.
Roll the balls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Put the balls into a bundt pan or arrange into a ring.
Drizzle melted butter over the balls.
Take sugar that you have tinted (purple, green and yellow) and sprinkle over the cake.
(alternate colors so about they repeat about every fifth ball . i.e. blank, purple, yellow, green, blank)
Other spices or flavorings can be added or substituted to taste.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
This is good to have with your morning chicory if you can't get beignets.

My mom used to make monkey...er, Gibbon Bread every once in a while. She put chopped pecans in the bundt pan before the dough though.
Very yummy stuff.
