Welcome to JASMINE'S, a sort of, well, pink kind of space in marble and diva-gold trimmings and a relaxing fountain overlooking frescos depicting Mount Fuji and other classic Eastern scenes. Our zombie staff is ready and waiting to serve any need you might have, and if you find yourself under any kind of thrall, just step up to the mic and pour your heart out.
As is the custom, I'll buy the first round
It may be rice wine to you, but it's sakè to me! Enjoy!

Time for a song, I'm trying to pull of something special, but not as special as tj's triple preformance last year.
I'm tired of being what you want me to be Feeling so faithless Lost under the surface I don't know what you're expecting of me Put under the pressure Of walking in your shoes [caught in the undertow / just caught in the undertow] Every step that I take is another mistake to you
I've Become so numb I can't feel you there Become so tired So much more aware I'm becoming this All i want to do Is be more like me And be less like you
Can't you see that you're smothering me Holding too tightly Afraid to lose control Cause everything that you thought I would be Has fallen apart right in front of you
[caught in the undertow / just caught in the undertow] Every step that I take is another mistake to you [caught in the undertow / just caught in the undertow] And every second I waste is more than I can take
But I know I may end up failing too But I know You were just like me With someone disappointed in you

AMAZING song,Kev! I,for one, would want y'all to be nothing less than who you are. From the music on,everything comes together as it should.

*lighter*
I haven't listened to that cd in ages. I still need to get around to putting my cd player in the car.
I'm so tired. I was out late last night and had to work early this morning. I really hope I'll be able to stay awake for the 'thon tonight.
We had a great time last night though. I just didn't want to stay out too late since I had to work in the morning - especially since I had to work a 9 hour shift.
Work went pretty smoothly today for a Saturday. Except the part where I was on eggs for breakfast. I suck at eggs. I'm usually in drive-thru during breakfast, very rarely in grill for breakfast so I'm not that fast. Add to that the fact that the Saturday crew is mostly high school kids and you have a recipe for disaster.
This afternoon went really smoothly though. The kids all worked great for me. We had all our 4:00 stuff done by 3:00 and I had some of their 7:00 stuff done before I left.

*Wonders if people are stuck overseas*
Where is everyone?
Could the thrall actually be so strong that no one wants to Par-tay?

It'd be a real oversight to let a thrall in here.
One might be mesmerized by the beauty of the architecture, but the animatronic Jasmine has no actual power to thrall.
It's just the weekend, Kev. No biggie.

But this weekend was slower than most.
Anyways...how was your day?
