Since the old thread disappeared into the Twilight Zone, here's a new one.

Hello all, I'm back, we're watching the Body, right because that's what I pressed play on.

"There is a Santa Claus"
"He doesn't so much bring presents as disembowled children."
"As long as you two stay away from the band candy"
Then back to the heartbreak. This is so very sad, and realistic.
Love the no music aspect. All the panic. So very well acted.

I can't imagine a lot of parents wake up Christmas morning and finding their kids disemboweled.
I did love the kitchen scene and the Band Candy reference. One of Joyce's triumphs in the series.

I love that whole opening with the dinner, but I really love when Buffy is walking back to the kitchen and is shaking her head about Anya's story.

Welcome back, TT. You are correct, we're watching "The Body".
I changed that sentence several times as "we're doing the body" or "we're on the body" seemed so wrong somehow.

Why this never was up for an Emmy confuses me. SMG is kicking ass.
And a broken sternum in a mistaken administration of CPR is how Dr. Tobias Fünke lost his license in "Arrested Development."
It was far funnier when he did it -- twice.
