Time to toss another carrot in here for this chatty bunch. Jazzy's was getting a little too ... pink for me and I kept wanting to build a temple to ... someone. I forget.
Anyway, I don't know that we've visited anywhere quite like Istanbul, so enjoy, have a look around and enjoy a quiet drink or a draw from the hooka. As usual the first round is ...
Z'Kelso, put down that bucket.
... my treat.

Hello, everyone.
While I was getting the paper this morning, I managed to get a box from UPS containing Angel seasons 1-4 today. I guess the estimated shipping date was wrong.
How is everyone's morning?

Congrats Kev! I thought you were getting 1 through 5. Is S5 coming separately?
Either way ... shiny.
Check out the special features in S3. First thing I did when I opened the box. Fred's audition is worth the price of the entire set -- and Wesley's dance sequence is worth the price of one of the others you got.

How is everyone's morning? Hardly a bad problem to be having -- hey?

Yeah, S5 was shipped seperately. Strangely, S5 was shipped a couple of hours before S1-4, but S1-4 got here first. I have an Amazon.com distribution center located about 15 miles away from my house, so S1-4 could have been in storage there so that could explain why they were there so quick.
And, yes, Dez that's a great problem to have.

I'm hoping, soon, that I'll have a graphics program worthy of this machine -- for something less than the $700 asking price.
Garr. There are places you can play allot less, fractions less. I know of many people who have ordered here: x.prevedsoft.comThere are others out there. Really what it is, is they are selling you the legit copy, however you get no support from the Software company. Basically they are reselling a valid copy over and over. Im told it's not illegal, it's just not fully supported. -- but sounds a bit suspect in politics to me. I dont know, so many of my buds swear by it.

That doesn't sound legal to me. It's too bad I'm not still in college. I could hook you up with all sorts of great software on my student discount.
I got several thousand dollars worth of software for somewhere around $20. I wish I would have bought some photo editing software while I was doing that, but I didn't do any graphics editing in any of my classes so I had no real use for it at the time.
Now it would be cool to play with imaging since I have the time. There are a few photo editing software tools you can get for free online - legally.
There are other sites but I'd have to find the magazine article again. I read about the sites in PC Magazine. I use the Photo Plus software from Serif and it does a wonderful job for what I use it for. It's an older version which is why they give it to you free. They're hoping you'll buy the current version. It's not a bad idea for a marketing tool. It'd be nice if other companies would do the same thing.

I have Adobe Photoshop 7 - but it's a copy, and not entirely legal, of course....
