Don't forget about VBScript, HTML, XML, XHTML for web design. As well as C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and macros just to throw a few more things out there.
I'm sure bitterman can swing in and throw even more Incomprehensible Geek Terminology around too. ;D
You're not the only one in the running for the title you know. I could give you both a run for your money.

i think i was your size in second grade, tickie .... It's all in the genes,Feigy. slow twitch muscle fibers, center of gravity, yadda yada yadda. I had the strong leg/flexible thing going. (i could touch my head to the floor backwards or grab the souls of my feet with no problem) Running was not my thing but i was a good goalie. (in dark clothes,i looked like the puck but i was a good goalie) that's what i like about _real_ athletic training. it's all about 'form follows function'. you do what your body's built for and if it ain't healthy and it ain't fun, you're going at it the wrong way. the whole competition/vanity thing has gotten too limited and too self destructive. it's not for helping people enjoy their bodies. That's why I like what y'all are up to. Getting advice from a pro will help, too. thanks,Feigy! (maybe he can tell what 's best for a middle aged hobbit with fibromyalgia)

I like to work on my abs mostly because I love bathing suits. But I was very proud of myself because I can bench 105 now and that's a few pounds heavier than I am!
*gulp*

*loves that Nick is scared of her*
Just to throw these out there:
a priori assumption, misfeasance, corpus delicti, debenture, malum in se, fiduciary, hypothecate, pendente lite, res judicata, bill of lading, moral turpitude, writ of coram nobis, peremptory writ of mandate.
Now, realize I tried to recall as much Latin as possible but the language just doesn't come easily to me, so please allow for some spelling errors.

I think I may have watched too many lawyer shows cause I actually understood some of those.
And I'm not scared ... just .... wary
I suppose I could come up with my own list of geek words, but too lazy. Besides, a true geek need not proof his geekiness. He knows his true geekiness by exuding the essense of Geek.
Note: He is interchangeble with She

Feigy - A link to the pro trainers would be great! Reb- As somebody said (and my short term memory's crap) Pyramiding is a different way to do reps. Say your baseline for the pyramid is 100 for bench press. You do 10 reps of 100, add 5 or 10 pounds, do 8 reps of 105, 6 reps of 110, 4 reps of 115, and then 2 of 120. or 100,110,120,130 and 140.
I forget what the benefit, muscularly speaking, is for pyramiding, but I think it's something to do with breaking them down quicker, and getting a faster recovery. As I recall.

Now I know what yall are talking about. I have done similar but not with that word. Today was lower weight Pectoralis. The best muscle ever. I tried lower weight with a higher repitition. Incline is harder to do for some reason. I can't go beyond 117 on that unless I have a spotter. I don't want to risk dropping it. I almost did one time and that would have been 117 crashing on my chest full weight.

Incline is harder because the weight is taken up by a different section of the muscle group (either lower or higer than usual, depending on which was you're inclining. The purpose of rotating an incline in there is to make sure you don't just develop the Pectoralis Major, and leave the rest as it is. This way you'll have firmer and more pleasing man-boobs.

And we all love the hard man boobs ;D Should I drop the bar close to my neck or more around my neck on incline? Major is upper and minor is lower. Most I see does upper pec boob. Nothing lower pec boob.

Here's the website for my friend the personal trainer. He may be able to give you some tips...but much more than that and he'll probably want you to pay him...since training is what he does. and all (Does that mean I'll have to start charging you people for any advice I give you ? damned if the line isn't fuzzy for me hehe. I could so be making money right now lol.) Anyway, here's the address...hopefully the link works lol www.bodyelectricks.com/

Oh, and I wanted to tell you that my friend, his name is Marty, and he's a Quadroplegic and on a ventilator. He has the exact injury that Christopher Reeves was paralyzed from. He's been a quad for 20+ years and he's a really great guy.
I wanted to tell you that because he has made a great trainer for lots of different types of people. And ironically has often been more helpful than trainers who can actually do the exercises.
Just thought it was an interesting fact you might like to know. And he has personal experience helping people who have disabilities get fit etc. So, if you are interested in starting an online fitness program with him. I think he'd be a really great source of help for you. He's also good at keeping ya motivated.
Ok, I'll stop trying to sell him now lol
