he sounds great! good thing you're not trying to sell him. Jim's told me i can't have any more pets, no matter how cute or well trained they are. Seriously,i'm glad he's doing so well with his life despite the major setbacks. i hope he's getting the improvements in his condition Reeves was working for. Being able to breathe independently and regaining some mobility are well within the realm of reality now. Someone who's looked after his health and has a good mental state and positive attitude will be ready to take advantage of medical advances as they occur. We can keep some good thoughts for him and maybe he can help us with our fitness, too. As cynical as I am,working with Marty sounds more feasible than the other idea i had. i was going to get Reb and me typed and crossmatched and if our DNA didn't clash,i was going to donate about 75 lbs. of adipose tissue to fill out Chris' carcass. I figure that would put us both at 17% body fat.

Oh yeah, he's always up on the new techniques and science etc. Unfortunately, it still takes money...which no body seems to have these days. but his fitness knowledge has helped him regain some movement. He can breath without the vent...but back when he had his accident, they screwed him royally on that. The surgeries etc. has probably kept him from really being able to sustain without the vent. It's a lot easier to talk and train with someone who has physical issues. It's less daunting and he has an understanding of the unrealistic expectations people can have. And he's not a prime example of them either. So, no false advertisement lol. and 17% is actually a fairly low number too so I say give it a shot! lol

Disingenuously affable yet vaguely off-putting and a bit lofty in his overall demeanor, a novelist's geekdom is seldom evident unless he present high-market conceptualizations of which the hoi polloi seem relatively innocent, or introducing such mots juste as "Bulwer-Lytton" into the stream of conversation, smiling quietly with a natural insouciance, in that he's referenced something droll for the cognoscenti which has -- perhaps regrettably -- sailed over the heads of more pedestrian members of his audience as unto a jet buzzing a field of cattle.
Or I will simply post a fifty-plus word post without using a particular non-consonant -- again. ;D
* looks back at that ^^^ bosh * Gosh, I'm clevor.

You really are clevor, even if you're wrong sometimes.
*Please don't take that the wrong way and get mad at me. It's totally meant in fun.*

Regretably Schegretably. A simple overview reveals on par with sine wave mapping of human behavioral interaction that the largest mean percentage of such interactions are deliberately manouvered specifically for the point of fostering intellectual elitism, which is in and of itself interesting as the very concept of such a didactic requires the constant presence of a lower darwinian trope in all conversation fields in order for the dynamic to fulfill it's intended social function.

You're the second human being I've met to use the word "trope." Well done.

Explain, then, the phenomenal growth and proliferation in sheer numbers, scope and audience of reality television in the face of popular clamourous response to quality writing and production values -- without telling me that the ability to hold two distinct and contradictive ideas at the same time is a sign of genius.

Oh, sorry. Right. Weightlifting.
Um ... I did an hour of cardio last night -- five-plus miles on the stat-recumbent bike and a little over a mile on the treadmill. Felt good at the end.

Cardio is important. Hear that reb? Cardio is important. EVen for you, trying to gain weight. Overall heart health is just a positive thing all around, and will help you build muscle faster with a better bloodflow. Hell, you already got an advantage over several of us, in that you're not currently filling your lungs with garbage every 15-20 minutes.

cardio is very important-esp. if you're trying to get the sugar gliders away from the big critters . gizmo, get out of that shop-vac NOW!!! (someone is NOT going to Mickie D's for a fruit snack. ) doesn't matter how buff your other muscles are if you haven't got good collateral circulation and aerobic conditioning. if you're thin, you don't need a lot of calorie burn but a little circuit training will give you the tissue growth and improved cardiac efficiency.
