OK QC, you're starting to creep me out with this whole 'wealth of applicable knowledge' thing. Were you a nutritionist at some point or something? How is it that you know so much about these things?
I think she said she was a diabetic at one point. You have to know these things if you want to survive with diabetes.
I had to learn these things when my ex was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course he did the mature thing and decided to eat as much sugar as he possibly could, including things he didn't even like before he became diabetic so now I have all this knowledge about dieting and diabetes that I should use because it'll make me healthier but I don't use because I'm not diabetic.

I thouight I'd revive this thread to point out some things.
I have found the body gets use to routines after a while and the body will not grow from it after a while. I have not gained weight in 2 months now. I eat chocolate pudding weighting 120 one night and wake up and I am 119 so I guess fat food makes me lose weight
So Willie Nelson gave me some tips that I have felt the affects of the next day. Since I love my chest so much I do 4 sets of 30 lbs on each side and that added to a 45 lb bar I know is 105 or something or another. First set is at least 8 and the rest I am lucky to do 5 up.
Then I immediately go the area where I put 80 lbs to do something Bicep related to keep the blood flow in the upper body. Before hand I just took a rest. Then I come immediately back to do another set. Then I go back to bicep and decrease weight on it slightly. Then come back to bench and I added 2.5 on with the last set just for a ripple insurance. Then try incline bench press and do 15 on each side with it 2 sets of 10. Then go and try another workout called laying down flies (hugging a tree) with dumb bells. And go back and do a small set of incline 10 lb on each side and do my flies again with dumb bells.
Now it is always good to alternate and maybe do incline flies or a machine that focuses so the body won't get use to the same thing over and over and trick the body and make those muscles tense so you can pack on the body mass baby.
Also don't forget those abs, crunch and sit up those 6 packs. Mine are already visible so the darlins that want to check them out can get there very wish
Look out baby The Rebel Cowboy is getting perky

I'm back and a'posting! AND I haven't missed a workout in 4 months now. Thanks largely to me discovery that two episodes of Buffy/Angel is the exact length of a workout. I'm up to Out of my Mind/Untouched as of last night

150 is good, right? I'm having a terrible time breaking 165 - Just cant seem to keep weight on. I am, on the other hand, starting to get some definition which kind of rocks I'm also rockin the Jason Statham haircut currently, so I'm kind of embracing the look

It's OKAY. I have a little bit of a gut now compared to a skinny rail. Of course everybody still thinks i am a skinny rail so go figure I can tell I have put on some since I now fit in to a 32 waist pants compared to a 30 or lower. and I kinda have thie Angel hair thing going on when I get it cut short which I will be next week

On a more related note - Have you been using any supplements at all? I've really had some good results from NOXplode, which is basically one of the nitrous oxide ones to rev up blood flow
