Feigy found me on Facebook. I told her we're all back on here. Hopefully she'll stop by.

I watched this movie tonight and I thought it was pretty good. I felt it was better than the sequel but not as good as the original.
Things that I liked: - The Sandman storyline. Thomas Haden Church did a good job as Sandman, he really did make me care about his problems. -Tobey McGuire. Once again, he carried this movie. It is getting to the point that I cannot see anyone else besides Tobey as Peter Parker. Columbia or Sony needs to spend whatever it needs to keep him as Peter. -Harry Osborn. Sam Raimi made a great casting call for Harry with James Franco. I liked all aspects of Harry in this movie. Angry Harry. Amnesiac Harry. Vengeful Harry. And best friend Harry. I was never infuriated with Harry and his thirst for vengance. -Bryce Dallas Howard as Gwen Stacy. I really liked her. She is funny, pretty and smart. I felt bad for her when Peter used her to get MJ jealous. -Topher Grace was good too. I kept on expecting him to act like Eric Foreman and at points he was, but overall, I liked him. -Loved the Simbiote and Venon storyline. I thought it was well done. And Venom looked f**king awesome. -Script was good and the direction was much better. -I loved the CGI. -Kirsten Dunst's hair. It was pretty. Things I didn't like. -Mary Jane. She just got on my nerves for the second straight movie. This time the rest of the movie helped me overlook her annoyingness.
So, I would rate this movie as an 8/10. I know this is old but you honestly liked Spider-Man 3?!Looking at the names in these threads makes me miss people we never hear from anymore. Like Q'cat, Sistermt, Tealbox, Feigy, and Bango to name a few off the top of my head.
It's like a trip through memory lane in here. I know the feeling. Is there some way to contact them?

Good boy. It's like saying X-Men 3 was great when in reality all it had was pretty people and awesome special effects.
Hopefully the reboot will be better and they hopefully plan a head.

Inception, Inception, Inception, Inception, Inception. Best movie of the year! You're dreaming, Kev! See what I did there? It had plot holes big enough for dreaming people to fall through, like forever!

Hehehe. But why isn't it shocking you were like on the 10 people who didn't love Inception.

The previews for "How To Train Your Dragon" - I almost wrote 'Drain' Ha! - looked good. I haven't gotten to see it yet.

If you haven't seen Moon yet I highly recommend it. They let you figure things out for yourself. It's kind of refreshing that they assume the audience has a brain.

I really need to get around to seeing Scott Pilgrim. I keep hearing good things but I just haven't found the time.
Moon is one of those that I wasn't sure about. I'll have to check that out.
My son and I are going to see the new Harry Potter on Friday. I wanted to do the Midnight show but I forgot to take off work the next day.
It's been our tradition to go see them on opening night since he was a kid.
Only two more to go. Then I'll be all sad that it's over.
I'll have to make sure that I don't forget to take off for the Midnight show on the last one. It'll be my last chance to do one as a Midnight show.

Megamind was pretty good. There were a couple of jokes based on spelling and pronunciation. There were only about 4 of us in the audience laughing at them, but the audience was pretty young.
I just liked how in Moon they assume the audience has a brain. They don't try and point everything out to you.
