I looked up the actress who plays Callisto in X3 and she was apparently in 3 episodes of Buffy. She was a potential who appeared in 3 episodes and then faded into the background.

Ya, I've got foam ... lotsa foam.
What is not to love here .... you've got Patrick Stewart, The Professor ... ohhh(which I could just stop right there) because I dig on him that much.
Halle Berry who is just such a tough girl actress and she hits a cord with me ... I relate to Berry. We got some kinda karma connection.
The evah slinky Famke Janssen from Nip/Tuck, Dark Phoenix. Which I thought it was obvious with the hints through X2 that she didn't die. But the boards on N/T are all like ... huh shes back? but she died.
Gambit's not in for 3 * sniff * hes way rockin too.
*
Ooohhh my geek senses are all tingly, tingly.
Here are some teazzzer posters:

HA!
They were nattering about Gambit on N/T. Cool characters that could be brought to life. I thought that was fun. And that's what I meant. I was thinking about that when I wrote that.
It was interesting the responses to which characters people would like to see come to life. You should dash over to N/T forum thread.

I hate Gambit. Sorry to disappoint ya Dez but I'm so happy he isn't in the movies. I think he is so boring, even in the comics he is boring. Even recently they've tried to make him interesting, its just not working for me sorry to say. Now Polaris, she is some what interesting and Emma Frost.

You know I haven't followed the strips like I used to. I had this BF and this was about 15 years ago (ish). He was (probably still IS) a geek -- [said.with.sarcasim] HEY! Can you imagine that I would be attracted to a geek?! [/said.with.sarcasim] (Well I do tend to like the booky-intellectual types as a rule.) -- anyhow he lived (not literally, would frequent as if) at this comic book store and one of the dozens of things he collected was X-men. So I'm a little up on it, but lost the vast knowledge along the way. He also had a room filled with Star Wars & Disney collectibles, specifically Little Mermaid. -- Ya, he was a solid geek. A little overkill for Dezzie's taste and so that didn't work out in the end. So -- I remember circa 90s editions and they might have written Gambit less exciting now?

Was just thinking about the comic books, and you know I just loved Storm. And I have to tell you why and you might already know this, but she was one of the first female African superheroes written.
I guess I sorta dig that liberating development of her character, as how it inspired little girls RW, and move towards racial equality in the 70s. Plus, I really do love Halle B as cast -- and I know some of you do not. But that's okay -- cuz I really do.
But in the X-men movies, my real true love is Patrick S -- he could stand there and just stare into the camera, do nothing else but breath for 2 hours and I'd buy the movie of that.
* Getting all faint *
I'll be in my bunk with a little action figure of Jean-Luc.
Oooh
;D

What I am about to say it a big-ass spoiler for whats happened in the comics to Gambit.
As of recently, Gambit slept with Mystique which p*ssed off Rogue. The reason why Mystique did it is because she met a mutant called Pulse who can cancel out superhuman powers and electrical devices and thinks he would be a better partner for Rogue.
Eventually Gambit leaves the X-Men joins up with the newly resurrected Apocalpse. Gambit is now the horsemen, Death, Polaris is Pestilence, Sunfire is Famine and a ex-mutant called Gazer is War.

More Gambit spoilers!
He's totally changed now. Because of Apocalyse, Gambit's skin is black, his hair is white and he can now create a poisonous gas that can kill you pretty quickly if you don't get away fast enough. He nearly killed Rogue too but stopped at the last minute, then Mystique turned around and punched him straight in the face.

Ooooooooooohhh really. That's radical changes! But I sorta like them mixing things up. Hard to tell without experiencing the read first hand too. So you sound disappointed in the new Gambit. He does sound like an outta control bad-ass with a sick up his butt. * HA! *
